The organisers of SheMet 2027 are pleased to announce the 22nd edition of this biennial International Conference on Sheet Metal, to be held in Lisbon, Portugal. The conference will be hosted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, from 23 to 25 March 2027.

SheMet 2027 aims to provide a high-level forum for researchers, academics, and industry professionals to exchange ideas, share recent advances, and foster the early dissemination of research results and technology transfer in sheet metal processing. The programme welcomes contributions addressing experimental, analytical, numerical, and industrial aspects of sheet metal forming and processing.
